(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Rewari (respondent No.3) to look into the mater and to ensure that investigation pertaining to FIR No. 64, dated 7.11.2019, Police Station Rewari, under Sections 376, 506, 34 IPC, is concluded expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.

As regards the prayer of the petitioners for issuance of a direction for protection of their life and liberty, the petitioners would be at liberty to move an appropriate application to Superintendent of Police, Rewari (respondent No.3) delineating the circumstances pertaining to their MOHAN SINGH 2021.02.19 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
