The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to re-issue him passport.

Mr. Vishal Garg, Advocate, submits that petitioner has not filed formal application seeking re-issuance of passport whereas he has submitted representation seeking re-issuance of passport which is not as per law. 3.

Faced with this, Mr. Prabhdeep Singh Toor, Advocate, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file application before passport authority seeking passport.
