Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioners, for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to get the matter inquired regarding murder of their mother by constituting Special Investigating Team and also to protect their lives and liberty from the hands of respondents No.5 to 11.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for redressal of their grievance, petitioners made representation dated 24.09.2018 (Annexure P3) before respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, but still no action has been taken thereon.
