ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Custody Certificate filed in the Court is taken on record. Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment dated 28.04.2015 vide which the appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 136 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and was ordered to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 01 year. As per the Custody Certificate filed in the Court today, the appellant has already undergone the entire sentence and has been released on 03.10.2015.

In view of the above, counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
