(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to compete and be considered in advertised vacancies and accordingly, call for the selection of candidates for the post of Assistant Lineman (ALM) advertised in the month of December, 2020 through advertisement No.CRA 07/2020 (Annexure P-12) on the basis of experience of 8-9 years and be considered for final selection. CWP No.4091 of 2021 (O&M) document verification and to decide the representations dated 20.01.2021 (Annexure P-17) and dated 25.01.2021 (Annexure P-18). Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the advertisement No.CRA 07/2020 (Annexure P-12) has been cancelled and so far as the representation dated 25.01.2021 (Annexure P-18) submitted by the petitioners for claiming wages, is concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondent No.2. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 25.01.2021 (Annexure P-18) filed by the petitioners, within a period of 03 months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
