Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action and register a case against respondents No.4 and 5, who illegally and wrongfully misused and grabbed the amount of Rs.1,38,000/- which was granted to the petitioner by the Government of Haryana for construction of his house, as the same has been got transferred in the account of other person.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
