(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of FIR No.74 dated 20.10.2022, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Raikot, District Ludhiana Rural (Annexure P-1) along with all consequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
