The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 05.04.2000 and 11.07.2000 (Annexures P-2 and P-4 respectively).

As per the office report, counsel for the parties have been informed through e-mail, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
