HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of FIR No.228 dated 17.08.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) as well as final report dated 21.07.2020 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there are inadvertent mistakes in the present petition, hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
