(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the appellant has already filed appeal bearing CRA-S-3647-SB2018, therefore, this second appeal arising out of same impugned judgment of conviction dated 29.05.2018 and order of sentence dated 01.06.2018, is not maintainable.
