(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the release of the detenues mentioned in Para 3 of the petition from the illegal and unlawful custody of the respondents No.4 to 7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the present petition has been rendered infructuous as all the detenues have been released.
