Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.140 dated 12.10.2017 under Sections 21/61 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 12.02.2020, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and had since been released on interim bail. He further states that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court. In view thereof, no further directions are required. Disposed of.
