(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.120 dated 01.12.2022, registered under Section 306 IPC, at Police Station City Morinda, District Rupnagar. Vide order dated 03.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
