(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the status report filed by the respondent No.1/State, wherein, statements of respondents No. 11 and 12 and subsequently, statements of respondents No. 6 to 10 have been recorded, whereby, they have no objection regarding the stay of the petitioner and they have not raised any threat to the petitioner. In the light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
