The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.233 dated 15.8.2018, Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, wherein the complainant alleged that the accused had defrauded her of an amount of Rs.4.5 lakhs on the pretext of sending her son abroad. 2.

Vide order dated 8.4.2022, the parties had been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center, Tarn Taran.

Report of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Tarn Taran accompanied by a copy of compromise deed has been received. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter stands amicably resolved amongst the parties.

Even learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh, has not disputed the fact that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties.
