**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 57 dated 5.5.2018 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during trial, two main witnesses i.e. complainant PW-2 Gurbhej Singh and PW-1 Jugraj Singh, brother of the deceased have resiled from their earlier statements. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody from the last one year and nine months.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwant Singh, submits that even though two witnesses have resiled but supplementary challan has been presented and other witnesses are yet to be examined.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
If during the course of supplementary challan, PW-1 and PW-2 support the prosecution version, respondent-State is at liberty to move an appropriate application at that stage.
