Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, but with liberty to access the jurisdictionally competent Civil Court concerned, for making a challenge to the deed of conveyance as becomes executed viz-a-viz the vendee concerned, thus purportedly in respect of a village path.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty along with the all the pending applications.
