The present petition is directed against the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Loharu (for short - the Trial Court) as also the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by the District Judge, Bhiwani (for short - the Appellate Court) declining the prayer made by the petitioners for grant of interim injunction during the pendency of the suit.

A perusal of the orders impugned by the petitioners shows that the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by the Trial Court, in which they were declined interim injunction, has simply been adjourned to 05.03.2019 and in the meanwhile, since the petitioners' appeal was time barred, no interim injunction has been granted. C. R. No. 960 of 2019 injunction by the Trial Court is still pending before the Appellate Court, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an application for preponement of the date of hearing of their appeal and then pray for interim stay.
