Learned counsel submits that petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have been granted appointment during the pendency of the petition, while the others have not been, though they are similarly situated. Reference has been made to para 4 of the replication, wherein candidates namely Dinesh, Parveen and Raghubir were selected. In this regard, he, on instructions, submits that he would file a representation which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the casethis petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners submit a representation within 4 weeks, the same be decided in 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
