(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to the post of officiating J.E. (Sub Station) and after promotion, all the consequential benefits be released to him along with 18% interest from the date of eligibility.
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
