The petitioner seeks grant of parole on account of marriage of his niece, which is stated to be solemnized on 22.2.2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the petitioner had submitted an application (undated) (Annexure P-3) to Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Sirsa, but to no avail.

Learned State counsel submitted that the application as may have been submitted by the petitioner shall be considered and disposed off expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to dispose of the application (undated) (Annexure P-3), in case the same has been received, expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 days from today.
