Prayer made in the present petition for quashing the orders of promotion/postings of respondent Nos.3 to 15, might not, due to efflux of time, even be surviving, especially in wake of there being no interim order. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to the preliminary submission No.1 of the written statement dated 26.09.2002 filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to state that A Wing to which petitioners belong related to Block level of the field staff, while B to the District level and as such they had wrongly assailed the promotion of the private respondents and that they would be considered in accordance with departmental rules. 3.

To the aforesaid facts, there was no rebuttal made by filing any replication.
