**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.20 dated 16.01.2023 under Sections 186, 332, 353, 506 and 34 of IPC 1860 (Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 added later on) and registered at Police Station Krishana Gate, Thanesar, Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Amer Singh, P.S. Krishana Gate, Thanesar, Kurukshetra submits that in compliance of order dated 16.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
