(ORAL) CRM No.28100 of 2021 This application has been moved for seeking the permission to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.8087 of 2021, while averring that the applicant-petitioner does not want to press the same, at this stage. Notice in the application.

Ms. Samina Dhir, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this application having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, accepts the notice and she submits that she has no objection in the withdrawal of the said main petition.

Keeping in view the above-said fact as well as the reasons as mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the above-said main petition, i.e CRM-M No.8087 of 2021 is taken on the Board today itself.
