The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of assessment order dated 12.06.2017 whereby respondent has raised demand of electricity charges of Rs.79,347/- and compounding notice dated 12.06.2017 whereby respondent has proposed compounding fee of Rs.10,000/-.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that impugned order may be set aside with liberty to pass fresh order in view of judgment dated 13.03.2026 of this Court passed in CWP-35731-2025 titled as "Rattan Singh Vs. State of Haryana and Ors." 3.
