The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to issue directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 to safeguard the life, dignity and liberty of the petitioners as the petitioners have got married against the wishes of the private respondents No.3 to 6.

The Registry of the Court had raised objections on 05.02.2019, but no learned counsel came to collect the file to remove the objections. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.
