This is the petition for grant of bail under Section 483 BNSS, filed by petitioner, an accused in case bearing FIR No.248 dated 13.08.2022 registered against him at Police Station Salhawas, District Jhajjar for the commission of offences punishable u/s 302 and 201 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges levelled against him.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
