NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 21.02.2018 (Annexure P-13) passed by respondents No.1 and 2 along with final seniority list of the Corporation Engineer (Civil) (Annexure P-14). Another prayer has been made to quash the order dated 20.03.2018 (Annexure P-15) vide which respondent No.3 has been promoted as Superintending Engineer. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Superintending Engineer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned seniority list (Annexure P-14), has already been revised by the department and the petitioner has been granted due seniority in the revised seniority list, which is under challenge in CWP No.21130 of 2020, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
