(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to judgment dated 23.11.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra in case No. MNT/482 of 2019 titled as 'Monika and others vs. Dharam Pal' whereby petitioner-husband has been directed to pay final maintenance of Rs.40,000/- p.m. (Rs.10,000/-p.m. to respondent No.1wife and Rs.15,000/-each to respondents No.2 and 3). The present matter pertains to the year 2020. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 2 dates of hearing i.e. 23.08.2023 and 08.04.2024. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
