*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the Criminal Complaint (Annexure P-1) and impugned summoning order dated 12.02.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed the learned JMIC, Faridabad in Criminal Complaint No.RBT 182 titled as 'Bhavya Sachdeva vs. M/S Bookmark Library Systems Pvt. Ltd.', whereby the present petitioner was summoned to face trial under Section 420 of IPC and setting aside all consequential proceedings arise thereafter. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the trial Court has already framed the charges in a complaint case and the trial is at the advanced stage, therefore, he does not press the present petition and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the same. The prayer is accepted.
