(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 99, dated 20.04.2020, under Sections 367(2)(N), 376(2)(F), 342, 506 of IPC and Section 66 (E), 67(A) of the IT Act, registered at Police Station City Saffidon, District Jind. No ground for grant of regular bail is made out, as the learned Sr. counsel has failed to satisfy this Court qua any substantial change of circumstances subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier petition by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 16.09.2020 (Annexure P-2), which would warrant acceptance of his prayer for grant of bail. Dismissed.
