(Oral) The only grouse of the petitioners in the present revision petition is that the application filed by them under Section 149 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for extension of time for paying the court fees as directed vide judgment and decree dated 17.09.2019 is not being heard and has repeatedly been adjourned. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further contend that on two dates i.e. 03.09.2022 and 17.12.2022, which were Saturdays, the case had to be adjourned as the local Bar had suspended Court work.

In view of the limited prayer, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Executing Court to decide the application filed by the petitioners under Section 149 CPC for extension of time expeditiously, as also to adjourn the matter, if necessitated, to any day other than a Saturday.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
