The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair, impartial and proper action in case FIR No.0686 dated 29.11.2022, registered under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani, and respondents No.2 and 3 be directed to present the status report in the aforesaid FIR.

Learned counsel for the State, being instructed by ASI Raj Singh, has submitted that the investigation in the case is already over. Police have filed the cancellation report in the matter before the Magistrate concerned.
