The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition has prayed for issuance of directions declaring the action of the respondents in not awarding the correct marks to the petitioner for the experience gained by her as illegal and arbitrary and to revise the merit list and grant her appointment to the post of S.S. Mistress.

It is noticed that vide order dated 01.09.2000, this Writ Petition was ordered to be listed along with CWP-6762-1997 and the said Writ Petition has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2003.

In view of the aforesaid, no order can possibly be passed in favour of the petitioner in the present case and the same is accordingly dismissed.
