On 10.02.2023, the following order was passed:- "The case was taken up yesterday and prima facie, it was found that the petitioner has concealed the material facts while filing the writ petition. She has, now, engaged a new counsel and prays for a short accommodation to file her affidavit. List on 16.02.2023 for final disposal, in the urgent list." 2.

The petitioner has filed an affidavit tendering an unconditional apology as it was found that she, while filing the writ petition, has concealed the material facts from the Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, as prayed for by the learned counsel representing the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
