Mr. H.S. Jugait, Advocate for respondent No.4. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) This petition is pending since 2021 and till date, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and even, notice of motion was issued in the absence of the petitioner.

The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 04.11.2020 vide which a direction was issued to release the salary of the petitioner.

As per the affidavit of the Director, Technical Education Industrial Training, Punjab as well as the Accountant General, it is submitted that the petitioner has not submitted the requisite documents with the government for issuing the CPF number despite repeated communications sent to her.

Counsel for the State as well as counsel for respondent No.4 submits that till date, the said information has not been supplied by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
