(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to official respondents to transfer investigation of FIR No. 27 dated 19.5.2021, under Sections 323, 354Am 354-B, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 and 509 of IPC, registered at Women Police Station Narnaul, District Mahendergarh to some independent agency like CBI.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from Inspector Sharda, submits that cancellation report stands filed on 31.1.2022, thus, present petition has been rendered infructuous. The petitioner has remedy to file protest petition as well independent complaint for redressal of her grievance.

The matter was listed before this Court on 28.10.2022 and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.01.24 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-11078 of 2022 -2also, there is no change in the situation. It appears that petitioner has lost her interest to pursue the petition.
