The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.005 dated 08.01.2019 registered under Sections 376, 313, 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Kaithal, District Kaithal on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manita states that the petitioners in the present case since stand acquitted vide judgment dated 27.03.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
