Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide the information as sought for by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that the desired information has already been supplied to the petitioner on 06.05.2022. Copy of the communication is taken on record as Mark "X". The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner.

As a result thereof, the writ petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
