*** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondents No. 2 to 4 to take remedial action on the complaint dated 12.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) by registering a case against respondents No. 5 to 7 under the statutory provisions of Indian Penal Code, especially keeping in view the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Indian in Lalita Kumari vs. State of U.P. and others, for committing breach of trust with the petitioner and his daughter as the date of marriage was fixed as 11.11.2022 by both the parties, but respondents No. 5 to 7 had not taken the baraat to the house of the petitioner on the said date, which not only caused the defamation in the society but all the arrangements made by the petitioner went in vain.

CRM-M-7113-2023 (O&M) - 2At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has drawn attention of this Court to the status report dated 17.03.2023 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Nuh, wherein in para 4, it has been stated as under:- "That now, upon the above mentioned complaint dated 12.11.2022 of the petitioner, the case FIR No. 92 dated 01.03.2023 u/s 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 has been registered at P.S. Sadar Tauru, District Nuh against the respondents No. 5 to 7 i.e. Akil, Unnas and Salim. The investigation of the said FIR is being conducted by the deponent in pursuance of order dated 1205-06/Rdr dated 01.03.2023 of the Superintendent of Police, Nuh. Copy of the said order is attached herewith as Annexure R-1 for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. The action against the culprits will be taken as per law and as per the fate of investigation."

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SHO Jitender, Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh, further informs that after registration of the above said FIR, even cancellation report has been filed on 04.04.2024 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nuh. Heard.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 16.08.2023. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

CRM-M-7113-2023 (O&M) - 3In view of the above submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the State, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter.

The present petition stands disposed of.
