After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in terms of judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P." AIR 2008 SCC 907.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
