Even, the compliance affidavit of Sonali Giri, IAS, Secretary Department of School Education, respondent No.1, which is also taken on record. Along with the said affidavit, the State Counsel has also annexed the speaking order dated 25.02.2026, passed by the concerned Authorities.

Learned State counsel has brought to the notice of the court that after passing of the order dated 28.08.2025, whereby a direction was given by the coordinate Bench, in CWP-25273-2025, to consider various representations, as detailed in paragraph No.6 of the order, another SONU 2026.03.25 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

COCP-485-2026 representation was filed, copy whereof is Annexure P-5 and the same has also been considered, while passing the speaking order In the light of the aforesaid, when the speaking order, as such, has been passed, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, to be adjudicated, on the basis of the said speaking order, counsel for the applicant at this stage, submits that she does not want to pursue with the present contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the order dated 25.02.2026, if need so arises. Ordered accordingly.
