**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.252, dated 27.10.2017, under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Patran, District Patiala, during the pendency of trial. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage, however, he prays for issuance of direction to the trial court to expedite the trial. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the trial court is requsted to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
