Copy of compromise deed has been placed on record as Annexure A-1.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, the present application is allowed and the main case is taken up for hearing today itself.

Main case In view of the arrival of the compromise between the parties, the present transfer application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
