Versus
Varinder Kumar and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal.
Present:
Ms. Mannat Anand, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

1.
The petitioner makes a grievance that the Rent Controller, Ludhiana, has failed to decide the rent petition for the last nearly six years. 2.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, for the last two years, the normal functioning of the Courts has been hampered. Recently, the Courts have resumed their normal functioning. No doubt, every landlord is eager to get the rent petition decided expeditiously, however, the Presiding Judges of the Court have their own limitations. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Rent Controller, who is requested to consider it sympathetically. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge February 22, 2022 "DK"
