Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to official respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, which is in high danger in the hands of private respondent No.5.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to her under the law. 3.

Allowed as prayed for.
