  The instant petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 19.12.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby the order passed by the learned Magistrate, Nabha for summoning of respondent No.2 as an additional accused in case bearing FIR No.06 dated 07.1.2020 under Sections 323, 341, 427, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 was set aside and reversed.

Counsel for the petitioner submit that respondent No.2-accused already stands discharged in view of a settlement executed amongst the parties during the pendency of the present petition and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
