CRM No.48505 of 2023 Application for withdrawal of the main appeal, which is stated to be admitted on 10.1.2014.

It transpires that notice of the application has already been issued by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2023. Learned State counsel raises no objection to the present application.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions.

CRA-S- 4505-SB of 2013 (O&M) -2MAIN CASE Present appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 13.11.2013 passed by Judge Special Court, Sangrur, vide which the appellant Parmanand was convicted under Section 18 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and has been ordered to pay a fine of Rs. 1 lakh, in FIR No.127 dated 16.11.2011, registered at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur. In view of the above order, passed in CRM No.48505 of 2023, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
