Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that the present petition has become infructuous, in view of order dated 06.11.2019 whereby the case of the petitioner has been recommended. The order dated 06.11.2019 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that till date no appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner, in view of order dated 06.11.2019. This exercise shall be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
