Grievance of the petitioners is that daily wage service rendered by them, before their regularization, be calculated as qualifying service and they be permitted to continue on the old GPF Scheme. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that the competent authority shall take a decision in light of judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this court in a case titled as 'Harbans Lal versus The State of Punjab and others, CWP-2371-2010 decided on 31.08.2010 within six weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Present petition is hereby disposed of.
